Information

Annerley Methodist Church was built in 1887-88. Builder C. Topper won the contract to construct this Carpenter Gothic building for the Methodist residents of the new Thompson Estate.It remained an independent Methodist church, after the 1977 amalgamationn of the Methodist, Presbyterian and Congregational Churches. In 1993, due to a declining congreagation, the trustees transferred it to the Apostolic Church of Queensland.
