Information

Bolger’s Grocery was built in c1882. It was constructed for grocer Philip Bolger. Then from 1890s to 1920s, it held a tea importer followed by a bootmakers. The English. Scottish & Australian (E.S.& A.) Bank converted it into a bank. In 1968s, E.S.& A. merged with the Australian & New Zealand (A.N.Z.) bank. In the 1970s, the A.N.Z. closed this branch and sold this building.
