Information

The home of Albin G.H. Rossiter, a member of a local poineering family and in the street named after that family. A.G.H. Rossiter was elected to the Balmoral Divisional Board for terms covering 1895 to 1901. He was Chairman (mayor) of Balmoral Divisional Board in 1898-99. He lived in this house until his death in 1937. It remains as an exampler of the significant timber residence built for a prominent Balmoral citizen.
