Information

Ironside Post Office and Store was St Lucia’s first store, but it had three locations, corner of Bryce Street, corner of Ryans Road (after 1893 flood), and around the corner onto Sir Fred Schonell Drive in the 1950s. In the late nineteenth century the post office and store was operated by David Guyatt (and family), who was Chair of Divisional Board.
