Information

Kingsholme Church & Mission was opened in 1927, Architect: W.C. Voller. The adjoining small, timber hall had been constructed sometime between 1870-1922, as a non-denominational facility to serve the various, local congregations. In 1927, it became a Methodist Hall. After the amalgamation of the Methodists, Presbyterians and Congregationalists in 1977, the new Uniting Church disposed of some churches. In 1984, this site was sold to the Macedonian Orthodox Church, which renamed the buildings St Mary Macedonian Church and Hall.
