Information

Queensland Teachers’ Union Building was built in 1929, Architect: J.L. Balwin. It was a lso known as ‘The Teachers’ Building’ and retains its decorative, top-floor ballroom. It was the Q.T.U. headquarters until the union moved to new premises in Spring Hill in 1974.
