Information

Three St. Joseph’s churches have been on the site: timber church(1871), Romanesque, stone church (1888, Architect Andrea Stumbuco), current (1940). The foundation stone for this Italian-Romanesque churc was laid on St. Patrick’s Day, March 1940. marble Baptisfal font, Bell and some stained-glass windows from the 1888 church are incororated in St. Joseph’s. The 1871 church became the adjacent school’s first building.
