Information

The White’s House was owned by Robert White and his family, and was a built as ‘camera obscura’ for a tourist business. The skyline of Brisbane and Moreton Bay, three metres higher up, was projected onto a viewing table. White charged an entrance fee and ran a refreshment kiosk. The business closed around 1928.
