Information

Confluence along bend of river, probably of spiritual significance to Aboriginal people, terminating their trek along Whitton Creek from the D’Aguilar Ranges (Mt Coot-tha). The creek and beach here (to Indooroopilly Bridge) were a rich and favoured fishing and prawning ground.
