Information
German Station Cemetery was opened in c.1848. It started as a cemetery for the Zion Presbyterian Mission for Aborigines (1838-48) built along Kidron (later Kedron) Brook. After the Mission closed, six German families established the free settlement of German Station. Became Nundah Cemetery. The cemetery is closed for burials but has columbariums for ashes.
