Information
Limbless Sailors and Soldiers Association Bowling Club was opened in 1949. The green was laid for he Returned Limbless Sailors and Soldiers Association by the R.S.S.A.I.L., in 1948, with a small greenkeper’s shed. In the early 1950’s, two ex-U.S. Army huts from the former Netherlands East Indies government-in-exile’s ‘Camp Columbia’ were relocated to this site, for a clubhouse.
