Information
Formerly an area of important Aboriginal springs and caves, honoured as ‘Echidna Mountain’ (being home to many echidnas) and also associated with a ‘dragon’ (Goanna? Rainbow Serpent?) story. In 2010, Brisbane’s very first Indigenous-run café opened here, and operated for a number of years.
