Information
Opened 1927. The Logan Road tramline was extended from Greenslopes to Holland Park in 1926. A new, brick hotel was built across the road from the new tram terminus in the following year. Initially it was named the Mountain View Hotel, to capilalise on its views of duistant Mt Gravatt and the farmlands inbetween. Postwar, it was renamed the Holland Park Hotel to reflect the change in the area from farmland to suburban housing estates.
