Relocated here in 1910. The Water Police residence was originally built next to the Harbour & Marine Building, 39 Edward St. in the City. The police wanted it moved to the City Botanical Gardens but instead, it went to Kangaroo Point’s water police reserve in 1901. It accommodated the local police until 1988.
